Gift Guide, Part 1: Wellness and Spiritual Favorites

For my first gift guide, I'm going to start with easy, affordable spiritual and health/wellness products you can get on Amazon. All of them are great for winter seasonal affective disorder or to improve your spirit and mood. It was such an aha moment when I realized I can leverage my love for objects into... gift guides! I've tried a LOT of products- my maximalism is one of my biggest defects. And I had to laugh when I decided in a blink that I should definitely go into product development. It's where I have so much experience. So... below, I'm listing some of my recent favorites.

How to make your house smell good? Right here. I love these essential oils, and the gift sets are especially cute. And I'll take anything with the word "Wanderlust"-- oh, my traveling gypsy heart. I use all of this brand's essential oils in my diffuser, and they're the best I've encountered. The fragrances are strong, lovely, and long lasting. They smell natural though-- not synthetically overpowering or powdery or floral. They smell natural and intense. They're so good that I actually contacted their oil supplier in India, and I'm in the process of using them in new products that I'm developing. Plus, the packaging is adorable! My favorite scent is the Plum Rose.

How to make your house or room smell good, continued... just in case you don't have one for the oils mentioned above. Mine changes colors and the scent really carries, particularly with the Folkulture essential oils above. My living room has tall ceilings so I'm always looking for a way to make my house smell like a hotel and for a strong, lasting fragrance -- the combination of the oils and this product really fit the bill!

The other night, Los Angeles was on its fourth or fifth straight day of rain and I was CRANKY. Luckily, I was able to correlate the two things, and I ran to my bedroom to grab this.
