SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide! Shipping occurs five to six days a week from Los Angeles, California, USA.
Our standard shipping options are:
Domestic orders = USPS 1st Class or USPS Ground Advantage; our choice
International orders = GlobalPost
If you pay for a shipping upgrade, we will use that service.

Our TruerThings Etsy shop is set to free shipping for domestic orders over $35, which is stated on my store banner. Etsy will display items over $35 as being 'FREE shipping', and items under $35 as being 'Free shipping eligible' with the requirement for free shipping being that the post discount subtotal is over $35. No code is needed once the order subtotal reaches $35.

Make sure your ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE. If your package arrives at someone else’s address because you gave us an incorrect address, we are NOT responsible for replacing your lost package. If we receive the package returned to us, you are responsible for the second shipping charge and will be billed before we can reship your package to the correct address. If we do not receive the package returned to us, you may place another order. 

In order to see shipping options and cost, you may have to complete the purchase process past payment method in order to view and select shipping options.

Shipping carriers may take longer than their service declares. We are not responsible if the shipping carrier is unable to achieve their delivery schedule.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
While we have a quick processing time and ship your order within 1-2 days of receiving it, sometimes tracking will not begin for several days. If your tracking number does not show any movement on your package, please be patient. Carriers will often be in possession of packages but not show updated tracking information, even though the package is indeed moving. As we only have the same tracking information you have, please be patient and wait for your tracking to show movement before contacting us asking where your package is.

On average, GlobalPost takes 10-14 days for packages to arrive at their final destination. HOWEVER, sometimes services can have delays, and we have experienced on rare occasions it can take 8 weeks or longer, depending on your country and your customs office. Be patient and please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without first contacting us to resolve the issue. We understand you need to be protected, and we want you to feel safe shopping with us. Please allow ample time for mail to arrive before you take action. Thank you!

International customers may have to pay duty and/or VAT taxes upon receipt of the item. We will do our best to ensure that you do not incur duty, but we are not responsible for any taxation that you may incur.

If you refuse an international shipment upon delivery, we are unable to refund you for the order.

GERMANY: On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc).
Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting, and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My dual system partner is Activate by Reclay. Much of our packaging is reusable, and when it has worn out its usability, please recycle when you can. Thank you.

SHIPPING INSURANCE PROTECTION and SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UPGRADE
We use shipping carriers and services that we trust to be reliable, however, sometimes issues occur. While we can assist you with filing a claim, we are not responsible if a shipping carrier loses or damages your package. For your protection, you may purchase insurance on your package, which would facilitate a possible refund or reshipment of your order should the carrier fail to deliver it to you.

In order to purchase insurance on your package, you must select from the variations here the appropriate price range to cover the FULL amount of your order, which is the total (after discounts, and including tax and shipping). If you do not select coverage for the full amount, we will be unable to apply the insurance.

Insurance coverage ends once your package is marked as delivered. If your location is vulnerable to theft after package delivery, you may purchase Signature Confirmation. Please note, Signature Confirmation is only available with UPS Ground, so if you choose Signature Confirmation, that is the service we will use. 

Some customers may wish to purchase both insurance and Signature Confirmation. 

Insurance is not available for the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan

Signature Confirmation is not available for any international packages.

If you receive your package and it was damaged during shipping, you must be able to provide a photo of the damaged packaging and/or the damaged item in order for us to have everything we need to file an insurance claim. A refund may not be provided if you are unable to provide photos of the damaged packaging and item for insurance purposes.



EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Our business is 100% born out of a desire to provide others with love, magic, positivity, spirit, and a more beautiful, more enlightened life. We are elated that it is our job to improve the quality of YOUR life, whether through spells, fragrance, stones, talismans, and otherwise.

We want YOU to be happy with what you received from TruerThings and the transaction that you experienced. This for us is an integral part of doing business in the metaphysical, healing space. If you are not happy with what you receive, please let us know immediately upon delivery.

All items are sold as is but exchanges or returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving items if they are not as described. Buyer pays return shipping unless we have arranged otherwise, and we are not responsible for shipping carrier loss or damage. Items must be carefully packed with all original packaging.

Regarding crystals, minerals and stones:
If the stone does not "feel right" to you, we ask that you pay return shipping to get it back to us so we can find its proper home. Please DO NOT select "item not as described" if you file a return for this reason.

We reserve the right to decide if it will be either an exchange or a return that we can offer until we receive the item(s) being returned. For exchanges and returns, we reserve the right to retain a restocking fee. The fee will be 10% of the item amount, withheld from the refund amount.

Please do not leave less than 5 stars without contacting us first. All products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you do not contact us before you leave a review, we really cannot help as we are not even given the chance to assist. Thank you for understanding!

Authenticity and top quality is the name of our game.
GREAT effort— more than you can possibly imagine— has been taken to source top-quality, undiluted, pure and raw materials straight from the source.

This means:

-I am licensed to obtain 100% pure pheromones that are undiluted and purchased direct from research laboratories and from pharmacies before I compound these products. After I obtain them, they are refrigerated in pure form until I blend them into my solutions. The pheromones you receive are strong, and they are legitimate.

-The candles, fragrances, and scented blends that I make are phthalate-free and non-toxic. I have sensory sensitivities and therefore I am our best Guinea pig regarding suppliers! Many who have not disclosed their ingredients have been eliminated, as have many who I can tell use phthalates and dilution chemicals… based on my own symptoms! Our products are sourced from reputable suppliers who provide data and ingredient lists, and who are vegan and non-toxic. The cleanest version possible of all supplier products is in our TruerThings products.

-So too, with stones and other divination tools and gifts: I have developed great relationships with ethical and reputable sources. I do my best to source only authentic and untreated stones, and will mention in the listings if they have been treated or if I have any uncertainty about them.

Sales:
We run frequent sales in our store. Please enjoy our reduced prices during these sales. We honor any reduced pricing DURING the sale only. Please do not expect that we will be able to offer the same reduced pricing once a sale has ended. If you miss a sale, feel free to visit the store to see when we might be running a sale again in the future. We do not announce our sales ahead of time. 

Coupon codes and sales cannot be used with custom orders or bulk orders that have already been discounted.
